The Agreeableness Measuring Scale (AMS) by Rishi Pal and Nidhi Jain measures agreeableness, the inclination to be friendly, pleasant and easy to get along with, along with its main sub-traits, as people show them in personal and working life. Its 60 items, half worded positively and half negatively, form six sub-scales of 10 items each, with norms from 436 employees of banks and insurance companies. It suits people aged 15 and over and especially employees at supervisory level and above; it takes 15 to 20 minutes, individually or in groups, is in English, and the kit contains a manual and 100 answer sheets.
