The Adult Inventories are rating scales for the emotional and behavioural disorders described in DSM-IV and DSM-5, for adults aged 18 to 75. In the Adult Self-Report Inventory-4R (ASRI-4R) the person answers 135 items covering the symptoms of a wide range of conditions, among them anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia and several personality disorders, and it also asks about the main symptom or two of many other conditions, such as panic disorder, phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It takes 15 to 20 minutes, and the deluxe kit includes the manual, 50 ASRI-4R forms, 5 AORI-4R checklists and 50 each of two kinds of score sheet.
