Adult Attention Deficit Disorders Evaluation Scale (A-ADDES)
The Adult Attention Deficit Disorders Evaluation Scale (A-ADDES) helps clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, evaluate and diagnose ADHD in adults aged 18 and over. It gathers ratings from three angles: the person's own Self-Report, a Home Version for a spouse, roommate or friend, and a Work Version for a supervisor or co-worker. Scores on its Inattentive and Hyperactive-Impulsive subscales line up with the criteria clinicians use to identify adult ADHD, and ratings take about 20 minutes. The kit includes a technical manual and 25 rating forms for each version.
