Adolescent Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory (SASSI-A3)
The SASSI-A3, from The SASSI Institute, is a screening questionnaire that helps tell whether an adolescent aged 12 to 18 is likely to have a substance use disorder, even where the young person also shows signs of other psychological problems. Its newer items reflect the ways teenagers use alcohol and drugs today. It can be given individually or in groups and takes about 15 minutes, and the kit includes the manual, 25 questionnaires with profile forms and a scoring key.
