The Adolescent Resilience Scale (ARS) by Rohinie Raj J. J. and Dr. A. H. M. Vijayalaxmi measures resilience skills in adolescents aged 13 to 16 and shows which of them need strengthening. Its 55 items span five dimensions of resilience, namely emotional, psychological, academic, social and physical, divided into sixteen sub-dimensions. It takes 10 to 15 minutes, can be given individually or in groups, and the kit contains a manual and 100 consumable booklets.
