No single measure can explain a person.
Our assessment framework brings multiple relevant dimensions together to create a richer basis for exploration and decision-making. Assessment is combined with context, interpretation and counselling where appropriate.
Every instrument is a narrow window. Aptitude tells you nothing about what a person cares about; interest tells you nothing about whether they can do it; personality tells you neither. A framework is what stops any one of them being read as the whole answer. Ours puts the relevant dimensions side by side, adds the context the numbers cannot carry, and hands the result to somebody trained to interpret it.
How the framework holds together
- Several dimensions read together, never one alone.
- Context recorded alongside the scores.
- Interpretation by a person, not by a rule.
