01The problem

A career decision is a journey—not a single test result.

Our model moves through a structured sequence: assessment - understanding - exploration - counselling - decision - development - career planning. Each stage builds on the previous one, helping students move from self-understanding towards informed action.

People expect a test and an answer. What they get is a sequence, and the sequence matters more than any single step in it. Assessment produces information. Understanding turns information into a picture of a person. Exploration widens the picture into options. Counselling narrows it. A decision is taken, development follows it, and planning turns the decision into next week's actions. Skip a stage and the one after it will not hold.

The evidence behind all of this — who you would speak to, and what we will not claim — sits on the Students page, where it belongs to the whole audience rather than to one service.
