Impact should be visible, measurable and accountable.
Explore the people, institutions and programmes reached through The PsychoMath's social-impact work. Wherever data is available, report participation, implementation, outcomes and evidence rather than relying on promotional claims.
Impact reporting is where good intentions most often turn into decoration. The safeguard is to fix in advance what will be reported, and then report it whether or not it flatters. This page carries participation figures, what was implemented against what was planned, outcomes measured the same way each time, and the accounts of people who agreed to have theirs told. Where a figure is not available, it says so.
An impact claim without a measure is advertising. Each record here has to carry what was measured, before and after, and by whom — and until one exists in that form there is nothing honest to put on this page.
- What the need was, defined before the work began.
- The measure taken before, and the same measure taken after.
- How many people, over what period, and where.
- What did not work, alongside what did.
