A report belongs to someone. This page says to whom.

Who holds a report, who may see it, what happens when the person assessed is a minor, and how long it is kept.

Your report is kept for 90 days, and then removed from our server. You are told the exact date the moment the report is ready — on screen and by email — and reminded twice before it goes. Download your copy and keep it. After that date we hold a record that a report existed and when it was removed, and nothing of what it said.
