The PsychoMath came out of a simple observation: the people making the largest decisions about young lives were working almost entirely on instinct, and the people with the instruments were rarely in the room. Bringing the two together turned out to need a discipline of its own. Understand the person. Examine the evidence. Explore what is genuinely possible. Then support the decision, which belongs to somebody else.
